NEW CLASS FOR THE WINTER SESSION
Description What started as a popular impromptu Halloween dance with Ms. Jenny in the MMR is becoming a club! Children will begin each class with a warm up to learn proper form, stretching, and foundational dance techniques. They will progress to across the floor exercises and movement. The class will learn a different dance routine every few weeks which will culminate in a showcase for the children who would like to perform.
Instructor Jennifer Hopkins is a former professional dancer trained in ballet, modern, and musical theater. She has performed nationally and internationally and has taught dance to all ages and levels for 10 years. She is also the founding director of A Playdate Everyday, a PS 154 alumni parent, and has over 30 years of experience in early childhood education.
