NEW CLASS FOR THE WINTER SESSION
Description Stay Strong is a weekly, indoor conditioning class for the youngest after school athletes. Children will engage in a variety of games to promote strength, balance, speed, and agility. A great way to get the wiggles out and stay strong for spring sports.
Instructor Jennifer Hopkins is an artist, dancer, and the founding director of A Playdate Everyday. She is a PS 154 alumni parent and has over 30 years of experience in early childhood education.
