Description:
Gym'ny Crickets is a transition class and perfect for kids not quite ready to venture out there alone!
This class gives parents the option to come and go from the gym floor as required, and helps to introduce children to independence at their own pace.
By the end of the session kids will be able to balance on a medium beam unassisted, complete a simple skills circuit, hang on a bar for more than 5 seconds, cartwheel over a box, perform an assisted chin-up on the bars, and jump on a beat board.
Crickets will also be introduced to more challenging floor skills like galloping, catching a rolling hula hoop, performing a straddle, and rolling up an incline.
Classes are 45 minutes once weekly.
