Begginer:
Can Gym is a badge based program consisting of 12 levels starting at Can Gym Beginner working up to Can Gym Advance which mirrors competitive level skills.
Can Gym Beginner is levels one and two which is perfect for children who are new to the sport or are following the class sequences.
In Can Gym Beginner they will learn the fundamentals of gymnastics and the basics on each apparatus. This class will also focus on gymnastics saftey and developing physical literacy.
Intermediate:
In CanGym Intermediate, students build on the skills learned in Burgundy and Red and work on getting to the advanced level.
Gymnasts learn how to support themselves on the various apparatus' for longer and in different positions, and are able to increase their difficulty on the floor.
