Description:
In CanGym Beginner, students will learn basic gymnastics techniques and movements. These include jumping, basic supports, rolls, cartwheels, and various positions on the bars and beam such as hangs, tucks, pikes, and straddles.
Mandatory membership(s):
- Recreational Gymnast
- Active Start Gymnast
