Description:

In Stage 4 participants will continue to work on their front crawl with the side breathing and the back crawl. Swimmers will also be introduced to breaststroke, and diving. Swimmers will also work on their endurance.

Prerequisites: A swimmer must be able to swim a full lap of front crawl with side breathing and a full lap of backstroke.
