Description:

Stage 5 will continue to work on front crawl with side breathing, back crawl, and breastroke. Swimmers will also work on their swim endurance and diving. Students will also begin to learn the butterfly stroke.

Required age: 5 - 12 years old on the day of the activity

Prerequisites: A swimmer must be able to swim two full laps of front crawl with the side breathing and back crawl. Swimmers should also have a general knowledge of how to swim the breaststroke.
