Description:

In Stage 3 participants will focus on breathing to their side properly and consistently while swimming front crawl. Swimmers will also concentrate on swimming back crawl with alternate hands and steady kicks. To move on to stage 4 swimmers should be able to swim a full lap of the pool using front crawl and back crawl.

Prerequisites: Successfully can perform all skills learned in Stage 1&2
