The 38th Annual National Girls & Women in Sports Day® (NGWSD) is set for February 2025! 

This annual celebration inspires girls and women to play and be active, and to realize their full power.

The confidence, strength and character gained through sports participation are the very tools girls and women need to become strong leaders in sports and life.

Join the Raritan Valley YMCA & Tamarack Women’s Golf 9- Hole League in celebration by participating in a free indoor golf clinic for girls ages 8-16. 

Golf basics for the beginner-novice.  Equipment provided.  Bring clubs if have.  Parents will be treated to a free work-out in the YMCA fitness center.
