Crystal singing bowls are sound tools. The frequencies and vibrations soften the thinking mind and we are allowed more simply to relax and expand into deeper conscious states. Through this we may experience profound visions or experience energetic shifts in the body, or we may meet aspects of our consciousness that are waiting to be resolved or healed.

Sound baths are soothing, gentle experience where you can experience relaxation, inner peace, mental clarity, emotional healing and improved sleep.
