By registering with reach gymnastics club you agree to the below policies

Safety Policy

Reach Gymnastics takes pride in providing and maintaining a clean and safe training facility for our participants. Any athlete who puts their own or other students’ safety at risk by being unable to follow instruction will be asked to withdraw from the program. Reach Gymnastics has a zero-bullying tolerance policy. Any student involved in bullying will be asked to withdraw from the program. Any fees paid in advance will be refunded.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Class times and schedules are subject to change depending on insufficient class numbers. Makeup classes are not available. Class cancellation with refund of remaining weeks in session available up to the 3rd week. A $10 processing fee is applied to all refunds. Beyond the 3rd week of classes refunds are no longer available.

Registration and Payment Policies

Registration is done online through our website and payment is made with Direct Debit or credit card. Payment can be made in full or broken down into 4 automatic installment payments (with 25% due at checkout, then 3 equal payments withdrawn in 3 week intervals from check out date). Please note a $15 fee will be charged for any failed installment payments due to Non-Sufficient Funds to cover our associated costs. After checkout Direct Debit payments will have a delay on your Amilia account showing “echecks in process” and a current balance for up to a week after it is withdrawn from your account until the payment is processed and deposited into RGC account. Payment will automatically be applied to your Amilia account and the balance will be removed once funds are received from our payment processer.

A registration/insurance fee of $30 +HST (non-refundable) is paid once annually for all new or returning members and is due in full at check out. Payment options include credit card and direct debit (e-check) online payment through our secure software, or through e-transfer (please e mail reachgymnastics@outlook.com for e-transfer payment inquiries). Late class registration is available at pro-rated pricing pending space in required class.

Families who require financial assistance for registration can apply for the Canadian Tire Jumpstart program and Arnold Anderson Sports Fund. Jumpstart is a national charity that funds all general administrative expenses and needs for children 4- 18 years old. If you have applied for Arnold Anderson or Jumpstart for payment please e-mail reachgymnastics@outlook.com for registration instructions.

CLOSURE/CLASS CANCELATION DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSATNCES

Refunds, Credits and make up classes WILL NOT be offered in the event of any closure due to unforeseen/out of our control closures or cancelations. This includes closure due to weather, power outages, building issues etc.
