*Rock Lake Camp Introduces All-Gender Accommodations*
At Camp Pringle, we are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where every camper feels a true sense of belonging. In alignment with First Third Ministry’s commitment and the Pacific Mountain Regional Council’s Affirming Ministry Statement, we are dedicated to creating safer spaces for everyone.
As part of this commitment, we have transitioned to All-Gender Accommodations for our Summer Camp programs.
All-Gender Accommodation means that campers may share sleeping spaces with others whose gender identity or expression may or may not be the same as theirs. This approach allows friends and siblings of different genders to room together, fostering inclusivity and strengthening connections.
Our staff and leaders carefully place campers into well-considered cabins ensuring that; each camper has their own bed, every group is supported by two trained cabin leaders who create a positive, caring bedtime routine and maintain a healthy sleep environment at all times. For privacy and comfort, all campers change in private stalls within the washroom facilities and we will have the addition of changing tents for each cabin.

If you are paying by e-transfer, it is sent to rocklakefinance@gmail.com
*CANCELLATION POLICY*
- 100% of credit minus a $10 fee (+ any applicable taxes) until 30 day(s) before the beginning of the activity
- 50% of refund until 15 day(s) before the beginning of the activity
- 0% of credit until it start
*MEDICAL CANCELLATION*
- 75% of credit minus a $100 fee (+ any applicable taxes) until 1 day(s) before the beginning of the activity
