Founded by Toni Sherwood 15 years ago, Generation Fitness is dedicated to making fitness fun and accessible for all children. Our mission is to teach kids about their bodies, minds, and spirits through movement, all within a supportive, non-judgmental, and non-competitive environment. We encourage every child to do their best, step out of their comfort zone, and, most importantly, be themselves while having fun!

About the Program:
In this exciting and dynamic program, children will build strength, improve mobility, and boost their overall fitness through engaging obstacle courses and interactive games. Combining cardio, strength training, and agility exercises, this class keeps kids active while making fitness an enjoyable adventure!
