SHARKX BASKETBALL: Our Sharkx basketball program for schools concentrates on improving the student’s basketball skills and technique while having fun playing the game of basketball. Our experienced coaches will teach the fundamental aspects of the game, foster teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship and discipline. The coaches will as well promote physical fitness, a healthy lifestyle and provide a positive and enjoyable safe environment for the students.

Session Description:
-5 mins Warm up & stretching
-25 minutes of basketball drills
-25 minutes of games
-5 minutes of cool down & stretching
Mandatory membership(s):
- Quebec Federation of Home and School Association 2024-2025
Eligible for RL 24.
