FIELD TRIP BOULZEYE: Monday April 28, 2025

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are excited to announce a field trip to Boulzeye Amusement Center for students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 on  Monday April 28th. Since we won't be offering in-school programming that day, this outing will provide an alternative to a day at home. It will be a fun filled day of bowling and laser tag, and end the day with a movie on a large screen. 

Important Details:

• Arrival Time: Students must arrive at school between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM. We will depart promptly at 8:45 AM.
• Return Time: We expect to return to school around 5 PM, depending on traffic. Please ensure your child is picked up by 5:30pm. Please keep in mind that this is a field trip outing, therefore the hours of our service are different to that of our in school Ped Day programs.
• Late Pickup Fee: A $2 per minute fee will apply for pickups after 5:30 PM. (fee is charged per child)
• What to Bring: Please pack a water bottle, lunch and snack for your child. As usual no nut products in lunches or snack are permitted.
•  Any emergency medications such as EPIPENS to be given directly to the office staff on April 28th
• What NOT to Bring: portable video games, mobile phones, anything of value
• Pricing: $60 per student, which includes transportation to and from Boulzeye and the activities mentioned above. As usual, this program would be included on your annual RL-24 slip

Registration:

• Limited Spots: Registration is first-come, first-served and there are limited spots. Registration will close when we reach capacity or at the deadline date of April 23rd, whichever comes first.

No refunds are given for students who miss the bus.

 

Please keep in mind that if there is low registrations, the field trip may be canceled, parents would then be credited.
