- Thursday - Tuesday classes will consist of 11 classes
- Wednesday classes will consist of 10 classes due to where holidays fall. The registration price for Wednesdays will reflect there being one less class.

SATURDAY CLASSES: First class September 12, last class November 21

TUESDAY CLASSES: First class September 15, last class November 24

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Cancellation due to inclement weather: 
For updates on cancellations due to weather please visit our facebook page. Cancellations will be posted and sent out by email at least one hour prior to the scheduled class start time. Classes cancelled due to weather or circumstances beyond our control will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Viewing Area: 
Parents and guardians are welcome to stay and observe their childs class in our waiting area. If you choose to stay for your childs class please be respectful of our coaching staff and do not be disruptive or try to coach your child from the viewing area. Parents are not permitted inside the gym area at any time (this does not include our Parent & Tot). Parents and/or care givers are required to actively particpate with thier child during the parent and tot classes.

Annual Membership Fee:
There is an annual membership fee of $75 per participant. The annual membership fee is vaild from Septeber 1st- August 31st and it cannot be prorated for participants who join mid-season. The fee covers registration and insurance with our club, Gymnastics PEI and Gymnastics Canada, as well as their equipment fee. Membership fees are non refundable.

Kidsport & Jumpstart funding: 
Members are able to apply for funding through kidsport and/or jumpstart. Once you have received your approval letter please send us a copy of it by email. Once we have received the the funds from your program of choice, a credit will be added to your account and you can register for the appropriate class. Should you need to register prior to us receiving the funds, a reimbursement will be processed when we receive the funding. Payment cannot be bypassed when registering. 

Refund Policy: 
Refunds will not be processed after week 2 of any session without a medical note. Refunds are for class fees only and there is a $30 administration fee for all refunds. Membership fees are non refundable. 

Class Changes/Cancellations: 
Saultos reserves the right to cancel classes if the minimum numbers are not met. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment we will place you in a different class. If space is not avaiable in a different class, a full refund will be issued.

WAITLIST PROCEDURES:
Our waitlist process is an automated first-come, first-served process through our registration system. If the class you are interested in is full, you can waitlist through our registration system. You are not required to pay for any waitlisted spaces and you can waitlist for any number of slots. You can also register for a class and also join the waitlist for a different class should you wish. You will get an e-mail confirming the classes you have waitlisted for. If you did not get this e-mail, you are not waitlisted. If a space becomes available, our system will contact all those on the waitlist via e-mail at the same time. These spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you miss the space, you will remain on the waitlist and be notified in the same manner for any subsequent availabilities. 

Disciplinary:
Saultos coaches work to keep the environment in the gym safe, friendly and respectful. Disruptive behavior from any participant will not be tolerated. Harassment, inappropriate language or bullying of any kind is unacceptable. Our coaches set clear boundaries and expectations as to appropriate conduct and should action need to be taken due to a child’s continuous interruptions of the positive atmosphere or ongoing disregard for the rules, parents will be notified. Disruptive behavior will be documented and if continued may result in dismissal from the program. We ask  for your cooperation in providing a positive experience for all members.

Drop Off/Pick Up: 
Classes begin and end promptly at the scheduled times. Please do not leave your child unattended before or after class. Our coaches will not be responsible for athletes while they are in the waiting area. Parents and visitors are not permitted on the gym floor.

Allergies:
Our facility is not a nut free or scent free. Please ensure you have advised us of any allergies at the time of registration.

Outdoor Footwear: 
Please be aware of outdoor footwear restrictions in our facility. All outdoor footwear must be removed in the red boot cubbie space, prior to entering the waiting/viewing room. This space doubles as the lunch room for athletes, who are barefoot, because of this we want to keep this space clean and dry. Signage is posted and we appreciate you respecting the boundries.
