Description:

Learn the signature movement style of JCline Motion which draws on a long-time study of contemporary dance, capoeira, breaking, tricking, and circus acrobatics.  This class emphasizes transitions and flow between the ground, standing, and the air using a variety of flips, pirouettes, inversions, twists and drops.  Learn how to weave your acrobatic tricks together!

Prerequisites: Students should be able to do a bridge, dynamic handstand, and balance on one foot. Some dance experience is preferred.
