Description:
Flexibility is a key component of every circus art, so this would be an excellent supplement to your favorite circus class or a great stand alone to ease you back into a fitness routine! This class is designed to improve range of motion through a combination of dynamic and passive stretches and holds.
Please note that there is no class on the following date(s):
- Tuesday, January 11, 2022 from 7:30 PM to 8:25 PM
- Tuesday, February 01, 2022 from 7:30 PM to 8:25 PM
- Tuesday, February 08, 2022 from 7:30 PM to 8:25 PM
Required age: Over 13 years old on the day of the activity
Prerequisites: Enthusiasm for the circus arts!
