Description:

Are you interested in exploring performance as a part of your shibari/bondage rope practice? Local Seattle instructors and performers Esjay and Dan will guide you through some performance basics in the context of performing a rope bondage act. This workshop is appropriate for those doing ground rope or suspension, and we welcome solos as well as duos or trios. While we will be learning how to perform with rope, the primary focus will be on performance archetypes, developing your own movement style, and emotional expression through movement rather than specific ties or harnesses. Rope will be available if folks need.
