Description:
This workshop will give you everything you need to start exploring chains safely and with minimal pain. Students will explore simple photogenic poses beyond splits and cradle, and learn about key considerations to keep in mind that distinguish chains from any other apparatus.

Required age: Over 18 years old on the day of the activity
Notes: Important note on what to wear: pole grip gloves, ankle gaiters / trapeze boots and thick socks and at least 2 layers of thick clothing highly recommended. For example, leggings and sweats or neoprene pants.
Prerequisites: Ability to invert safely and comfortably in the air.
