In this workshop students will learn progressions towards and variations on:

• Meathooks
• Isabel (Open sideways rotation, landing in crucifix)
• Wheel downs / Windmills / Helicopter
• Drops to hands (mini bombs to front balance, sideways rolls to hands, etc) Slow Stars & C shaping
• Mobile to mobile (arabesque through to other side hip key)
• Assisted Scorpion

Prerequisites: -ability to climb at least 8' consistently throughout class -ability to invert in the air -same-side knee hook climb -opposite side knee hook climb -figure 8 footlock -at least one comfortable entrance to hip key Christine is able to cater to both more and/or less experienced students and can modify the material to suit.
