This is a weekend immersion into straps development!  Based on the cohort goals, we will dive into shoulder mechanics, c shaping, dynamics, etc.  This intensive aims to cover theory, conditioning, and self-spotting drills you can incorporate into your own training.

Prerequisites: Students should be able to enter and exit a German hang without spotting. Students should be able to invert from hanging (bent or straight arms).
