Description:

In this workshop, students will learn different flips and
slides on the hoop to emphasize the dynamic nature of this apparatus. Students will take several commonly
known poses and learn different drops and slides out of them in order to add a different flare to these tricks.

Required age: Over 13 years old on the day of the activity

Prerequisites: - Must be able to straddle invert and tuck/ pike invert under the bar with straight legs safely, easily and without assistance - Prior experience with dynamic movement in hoop - Ease with foundational hoop skills.
