Work on circling skills, beats, and other intermediate/advanced level dance trapeze skills. We will be focusing on dynamic skills but we will learn a sequence combining dynamic and static skills into a phrase.

Prerequisites: Roll up to front balance, single knee hang both sides, straddle up under the bar without using feet on the bar- bent/straight arms are ok, small jump is ok
