Description:

Join our friends from Ocean Connectors and SDAS for a paddle on Mission Bay. Explore Mission Bay by kayak while observing local and migratory bird species near Kendall Frost Marsh. Learn about conservation projects taking place here, such as the ReWild Coalition (working with the city to plan restoration of wetlands) and restoration for nesting for California Least Tern and Ridgway's Rails.

This field trip is a "meet-you-there" trip. You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the meeting location. Start time indicates the time the group will meet at the meeting point. Ocean Connectors will provide the kayaks. This activity is not available for participants under the age of 12.
