Please wear proper footwear and clothing for the activity you are participating in.

Cancellation Policy:

A full credit, minus a $5 admin fee (plus any applicable taxes), for withdrawals over 48 hours before start date. No cancellation or credit within 48 hours of the start. 

A full credit will be given if a class or event is cancelled by the SHOAL Centre.

Waitlist Policy:

Should a class or event reach capacity, you can add yourself to a waitlist. If a spot opens up, you will be emailed and have 24 hours to claim the spot.
