Important information
Please consider your health and abilities before registering for activities at SHOAL. Be aware of the possible risks certain activities may hold. These risks can include accidents that result in physical injuries.
Please wear proper footwear and clothing for the activity you are participating in.
Cancellation Policy:
A full credit, minus a $5 admin fee (plus any applicable taxes), for withdrawals over 48 hours before start date. No cancellation or credit within 48 hours of the start.
A full credit will be given if a class or event is cancelled by the SHOAL Centre.
Waitlist Policy:
Should a class or event reach capacity, you can add yourself to a waitlist. If a spot opens up, you will be emailed and have 24 hours to claim the spot.
