San Jose Dance Theatre is the premier ballet training academy in Silicon Valley. Since 1965 we have provided excellence in ballet training and performance opportunities to the San Jose area. SJDT provides a well-rounded ballet education with exposure to various training techniques including Vaganova, Cecchetti, ABT, Balanchine, etc. Our Diverse program offers instruction in pointe, pas de deux, modern, jazz, mat class and Progressive Ballet Technique. Conditioning classes offer our dancers an opportunity for strength building and flexibility. The Open Division program for students that wish to study ballet and other dance forms in a flexible schedule.
