A portrait is an artistic representation of a person, in which the face and its expression is predominant. The intent is to display the likeness, personality, and even the mood of the person. In this course we will look at portraits through time and across cultures and seek out the stories of the lives of the persons portrayed. This is a visual course of PowerPoint presentations and short films.
