Intermediate (Monday) Flag Football offers experienced and new players a chance to develop and play in a fun, safe and non-contact environment.

Staff coaches begin with a short practice before playing a game where everyone gets a chance to catch and run the ball. Throughout the season, football players will be taught the fundamentals of receiving, rushing, and defense as they rotate between offense and defense. Our focus is on the basics of the game, and more advanced routes and defensive strategies.

From the first week skills-only practice to the championship game, we make the football players feel like they’re in the pros! Staff coaches play quarterback to ensure equal playing time and guarantee all players have the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their abilities. A second coach runs the defense offering encouragement and instruction from the field. Our games are high energy, with lots of touchdowns, and a perennial parent favourite!

** First two weeks are skills, evaluation &  scrimmages. Teams will be assigned after week 2. Games on Mondays at either 7pm or 7:50pm. Schedule will be posted on website.
