Description:

The American Red Cross Basic Life Support for Adults, Children and Infants is a blended class with online videos and a test along with a 4 hour in class skills portion at the YMCA.  This teaches CPR and AED use for adults, children and infants, as well as how to relieve choking with adults, children and infants.  The online portion of the class helps students when it comes to the classroom skills portion as it prepares them and helps them understand the subject matter.  The in-class skills portion allows the instructors to observe the students, provide feedback and guide the students' learning and use of the skills.  This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory or other requirements.  This does not include CEUs.
