REGISTRATION BEGINS MAY 1 AT 10AM

Below are all the summer camp details:

Location: Meadowbrook Public School. - 233 Patterson St, Newmarket, ON

Cost: $90 per week, per child

Age: 6-14

Date: July 6- August 14 (6 weeks)

Time: 9am-4pm, Before and After Care not provided 

T-Shirt Cost: $15

Please note:

• One-on-one support may be required for children with exceptionalities
• Online payments ONLY, cash not accepted
• Installment payments are available at checkout. Installment payments will automatically withdraw from the card on file on the Wednesday morning before the registered week of camp begins. Insufficient funds will prevent your child(ren) from attending until payment is/ are made
• If you previously owe money, you will not be eligible to register your child(ren) until the remaining balance has been resolved

Late Policy: Late fees are $1 per minute, per child after 4:05PM

Discount Policy: Discounts will not be given at any time, even if your child(ren) attends for half the week

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations will be accepted one week (7 days) before camp starts. A 10% admin fee will be applied to the refund
2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations that take place less than a week before camp starts
3. Refunds will NOT be given for previous weeks of program your child(ren) did or did not attend
4. Refunds will NOT be given if your child(ren) attends for half the week
5. Refunds will be issued back to the card on file

If you previously owe money, you will not be eligible to register your child(ren) until the remaining balance has been resolved
