St Albans BGC Stingrays - For Sr Swim Team It is expected that all swimmers have a basic understanding of all four strokes:

-Freestyle

-Backstroke

-Breaststroke

-Butterfly

Notes: For the safety of each child involved, please note that the purpose of our swim team is not swim lessons but the development of each individual as a swimmer. Prerequisites: Must be able to swim 200 yards (8 lengths of the pool) If you do not meet these requirements, you belong in the Jr Prep Team program.
