Welcome to our 2025 Summer Camp Registration Page!

Join us for an exciting summer of fun and adventure at our Summer Camp! Designed for children ages 6-12, our camp offers a variety of activities to keep kids engaged, active, and learning.

Registration Information:

  • Opens: Friday, March 7, 2025 at 7:00 AM 

  • Spots are limited and available on a first come first serve basis – register early to secure your place! (spots will not be resevered)

Camp Details:

  • Two (2) locations: Portage Trail Community School (100 Sidney Belsey Cres) and Baycrest Public School (50 Ameer Ave)
  • Cost: $75 per week, per child 
  • Dates and time: June 30 - August 15, from 9am-4pm (before care ($5) and after care ($5) available per week, and per child)
  • Camp shirts: $12 cash only (mandatory for new campers, optional for returning campers - pick-up during start of registered camp week)

Additional Information:

  • One-on-one support may be required for children with exceptionalities (service not provided by BGC)
  • Online payments only, cash not accepted
  • Installment payments are available at checkout (excluding the first week of camp). Installment payments will automatically withdraw from the card on file on the Wednesday morning before the registered week of camp begins. Insufficient funds will prevent your child from attending camp until the payment is made
  • If you previously owe money, you will not be eligible to register your child until the remaining balance has been resolved

Late Policy: 

  1. After Care must be paid in advance (latest is 12pm the day of)
  2. Not registered in after care: $1 per minute, per child after 4:05PM
  3. Registered in after care: $1 per minute, per child after 5:05PM
  4. Paying for after care on the afternoon of being late will not be accepted, unless paying for after care for the remainder of the week (you must pay the late fee in additional to the after care fee)

Discount Policy: Discounts will not be given at any time, even if your child attends for half the week

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellations will be accepted one week (7 days) before camp starts. A 10% admin fee will be applied to the refund
  2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations that take place less than a week before camp starts
  3. Refunds will not be given for previous weeks of program your child(ren) did or did not attend
  4. Refunds will not be given if your child attends for half the week
  5. Refunds will be issued back to the card on file
