Lifesaving Society Swim for Life-Swimmer 2:

Swimmers will learn different entries into deep water wearing a lifejacket and interval training will be introduced at this level. Other swimming skills include flutter kick; back and side, whip kick, distance swims, front and back crawl. Prerequisite: Swim for Life - Swimmer 1 or Preschool 5.

 

Recommended ages: 6-17 years.
