Description:

Join us this summer for a new musical theatre experience for young actors.  Children aged 4 - 7 years old will have the chance to learn acting techniques, Broadway dance, and vocal instruction, while rehearsing for their very own performance on stage. They will practice with props, costumes and stage make-up, and learn how the sound and lights work for a stage production. The final performance will be a musical theatre review including scenes and dance numbers from Peter Pan, The King and I, The Sound of Music, Annie, and Lion King. This highly interactive class will focus on techniques and skills while incorporating games, storytelling, and character building. Led by a former Broadway actress, your children will receive a high-quality immersion into the performing arts. Students are encouraged to rehearse with grown-ups at home.  Videos with choreography and music will be sent to families at the beginning of camp. You don't want to miss this opportunity to introduce your child into musical theatre, while helping them gain the self-confidence and an appreciation for the arts that will serve them throughout their life.

There will be a mini performance on Friday, June 10 at 11:30 am.
