Description:
Okinawan Karate is taught in the traditional way. In addition to self-defense techniques, self-discipline, self control, poise and politeness are taught as an integral part of karate training. Okinawan Karate is the original art form practiced for over 300 years. Students will learn "kata" or form training
along with basic skills. As students advance, technique is revealed through the understanding of kata applications. No class 7/7 and 9/1.

Required age: 6 - 14 years old on the day of the activity
