Self Defense and Tae Kwon Do teaches martial arts and self-defense to all ages in a fun, safe, and economical surrounding. We teach releases, striking, and kicking techniques that can be applied to real life scenarios. All age groups and skill levels are welcome. Rank testing for belt placement will take place three times per year. Uniforms are sold for $25.
