Whether you're a cheerleader getting ready for competition and need to nail that back tuck, or a kid who just wants to do a cool back flip on the beach, our back flip/back tuck clinic will get you there.

Our 2.5 hour back flip/back tuck clinic will focus on the specific skills, stretches, and drills to achieve this goal.  We will also focus on safety precautions when performing this skill. Although we cannot guarantee you will get this skill by the end of the 2 hours, you will understand the mechanics needed to perform it, the skills and drills to practice to acheive it, and feel more confident throwing it.

Prerequisites: Children ages 6-16 Skill prerequisites: your child must understand and be able to perform: - a backward roll and forward roll from the ground landing on their feet. - a standing tuck jump pulling knees into chest.
