Join us on Saturday, Apr 27 for our semi-annual Art and Pottery Sale! All items are handmade by employees or students of Trails Recreation Center. There will be plenty of pottery, jewelry, photography, postcards, knit items, paintings and sculptures to please any craft fair lover.
The sale will run in the Gold Rush room from 9a-3p

This class is designed for anyone who wishes to have time and instruction on how to finish a painting that is already started, or who has a painting idea in their head but do not know how to get started or keep it going. Each student will work on their own painting, which can be acrylics, watercolors, or oils. A painting instructor will be in the classroom to answer questions, provide motivation, and give advice with composition, etc. *Limited paints are supplied, but please bring your own canvas if you are using an unconventional size.

Pinching, coiling, slab building, surface decorating, glazing and firing are just a few of the techniques you'll learn. Toddler handprint keepsakes, holiday decorations, serving pieces, and keepsakes are options; but creativity has no limits! Join us and see what you can create.
