About April's Guest Artist:

Eric is an artist, engineer, and art advocate from Raleigh, NC. Starting with his sketchbook series in 2018, Eric strives to do bold and interesting things with color theory and storytelling in each sketchbook illustration. Each illustration is made traditionally through mixed media, from colored pencils and markers to spray paint to washi tape. Eric gained his inspiration through pop and geek culture (mainly science fiction, fantasy, and horror), but also the fine arts and historical art masters before the postmodern era.

Eric is a board member and one of the founders of CoLab Raleigh, a nonprofit organization advocating, educating, and supporting the visual arts throughout the NC Triangle area.
