A 6-week group health coaching program designed specifically for moms of neurodivergent children who want to prioritize their own health without guilt, so they can parent with greater presence and purpose. This supportive, neuroaffirming space guides you through foundational stress management and explores key wellness factors like energy balance, hormone regulation, and inflammation reduction from a holistic perspective. Gain practical tools and lasting, gentle health habits to help you feel more calm, clear, and energized all while fostering community connection with like-minded moms.
