Description:
Music, art and movement will help participants to discover and develop different physical,mental and social skills through the use of music and art. We will provide a safe and comfortable environment for participants to socialize confidently with others where they will practice life and independence skills. During this program participants will learn different warm-up and relaxation techniques to improve their general health & well-being. ***10 Pack Pass available for a 10% discount***
