Lake Swim takes place across the lake from Regina Beach at 9:00am. We start loading boats at 8:40 so please allow yourself time to register and get loaded onto a boat. Please be at the registration desk by 8:00 to receive you swim cap, number and instructions.
We are encouraging everyone to have a support craft person with you or your group if possible. A support craft would be a canoe, kayak or paddleboard with a extra lifejacket on board.
