1. Everyone who participates in any program at TRYumph must be a member of our Academy.  Part of your membership fee covers your insurance costs through Gymnastics Ontario. Membership fee: $58 + HST. No refunds are given for Membership Fees

2. We do not offer make-ups, credits, or refunds for missed classes. Your registration fee pays for the entire session, regardless of attendance. 

3. Refunds are only given up to one week prior to the start of the session (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer) and will incur a $65.00 administration fee.
4. In the unforeseen event that we cancel a class, whenever possible we will try to make up that class. If the class is cancelled due to a storm, power outage, natural disaster, or pandemic a CREDIT on account will be given for any days/weeks missed.
5. Classes may be cancelled, changed, or rescheduled, based on registration numbers, at the sole discretion of the Program Director.
