Through joyful movement exercises set to music, Senior Moves helps older adults increase mobility, strength, and flexibility, while enjoying the expressive and connective power of dance. The upbeat, playful moves are set to a variety of music styles, with a focus on soul, funk, and disco hits. Senior Moves is for all self-identified seniors, including beginners and those with varying levels of mobility. Class is designed to create community through movement, and so variations and modifications will be provided throughout in order to accommodate a range of levels and abilities.
