Level 4 and 5 will train on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 3:15 - 6:30 PM. There is no practice during competitive team camp weeks. 

Level 6+ will practice Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 3:15 - 6:30PM and Wednesdays from 3:15 - 5:30PM. There is no practice during competitive team camp weeks.

This level is designed to prepare the gymnast for the upcoming level 3 competitive season. Level 3 will train on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:15 -  6:30 PM. There is no practice during compettive team camp weeks. There are 15 practices included in this tuition. June 10 - August 16. 

Hours are TBD for the weeks of August 19 and 26 (back to school).

Beginner gymnastics class for girls. These classes will open with a fun warm-up and stretch, which will teach them the importance of flexibility. They will learn basic gymnastics skills on each Olympic event: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor along with Trampoline and Tumble-Track. Progressions and lead-ups are the key factors at this level. Some of the basic skills they will learn include: cartwheels, handstands, bridges, pull-overs, cast, balancing skills, running, jumping, leaping and agility movements, all while having FUN!

This co-ed class teaches basic trampoline and tumbling skills. Girls and boys will utilize the trampoline, foam pit and floor exercise to learn beginner skills and positions necessary to flip, jump and tumble safely. 

Intermediate gymnastics class for girls who have achieved their level 1 skill requirements. These classes will open with a fun warm-up and stretch, which will teach them the importance of flexibility. They will learn basic gymnastics skills on each Olympic event: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor along with Trampoline and Tumble-Track. Progressions and lead-ups are the key factors at this level. Open gym for toddlers walking-age 5. Toddlers will have access to obstacle courses, foam pit, trampoline and more. One adult per toddler is required.

Beginner to intermediate boys recreational gymnastics using a combination of all apparatus; vault, high bar, parallel bars, pommel horse, spring floor, trampolines and foam pit. Boys will focus on learning basic gymnastics movements along with strength and agility. 

This is a pre-developmental program designed for the gymnast on an accelerated path to competitive gymnastics. This class is a prerequisite to the Developmental Pre-Team. Gymnasts are introduced to a structured program focusing on form, strength and technique so they may excel in their gymnastics future.

This is an obstacle course-based curriculum that incorporates agility, strength and flexibility. Ninjas will learn a combination of flips, rolls and jumps in a fun fusion of gymnastics and parkour. Junior Ninjas must be 6-9 years of age.

This Advanced Recreational clinic is designed for girls and boys ages 8-14 who have gone through the basics and are ready for more of a challenge. Participants must have completed level 2 or higher and are looking to continue developing intermediate gymnastics, while incorporating new and more advanced skills with an emphasis on tumbling.
