Description:

Beginner gymnastics class for girls and boys age 4-6. These classes will open with a fun warm-up and stretch, which will teach them the importance of flexibility. They will learn basic gymnastics skills on each Olympic event: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor along with Trampoline and Tumble-Track. Progressions and lead-ups are the key factors at this level. Some of the basic skills they will learn include: cartwheels, handstands, bridges, pull-overs, cast, balancing skills, running, jumping, leaping and agility movements, all while having FUN!

Required age: 4 - 6 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: 1 make up class will be given for each 6-week session. Classes cannot be made-up after the 6-week session has concluded. No refunds will be given after the first day of class has begun. The gymnastics center will be closed February 24-28 and March 3.
