Description:

This is a pre-developmental program designed for the gymnast on an accelerated path to competitive gymnastics. This class is a prerequisite to the Developmental Pre-Team. Gymnasts are introduced to a structured program focusing on form, strength and technique so they may excel in their gymnastics future.

Required age: 5 - 12 years old on the day of the activity

Gender: Female

Notes: 1 make up class will be given for each 6-week session. Classes cannot be made-up after the 6-week session has concluded. No refunds will be given after the first day of class has begun. The Gymnastics Center will be closed February 24-28 and March 3.

Prerequisites: Achieved all level 1 and level 2 skill requirements and/or invited by an instructor
