Description:

Beginner gymnastics class for girls 5-7. These classes will open with a fun warm-up and stretch, which will teach them the importance of flexibility. They will learn basic gymnastics skills on each Olympic event: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor along with Trampoline and Tumble-Track. Progressions and lead-ups are the key factors at this level. Some of the basic skills they will learn include: cartwheels, handstands, bridges, pull-overs, cast, balancing skills, running, jumping, leaping and agility movements, all while having FUN!
